Condition of Sale

1. No return or exchange will be accepted under the following condition: The packaging or seal of the product is opened, regardless of whether the product is used or not.

2. No return, exchange or refund will be accepted for all liquid products, pillows and beddings.

3. A request of return or exchange must be made within 7 days after the invoice date. Returned product must be in good condition together with original invoice or receipt.

4. No refund will be accepted for all purchased products. In case of necessary exchange, only the same product can be exchanged in any circumstances.

5. We reserve the final right of interpretation of the rules and conditions of sales. All terms are subject to the Chinese version.
